住宅维修资金2008出新规 未交存首期不能交房
<p>日前，国家建设部、财政部发布了新的 《<font color="blue"><font color="blue"><font color="blue"><a href="http://www.home77.com/newhouse/index.asp" target="_blank" style="text-decoration: underline;"><font color="blue">住宅</font></a></font></font></font>专项维修资金管理办法》。新《办法》表示，未按本办法规定交存首期住宅专项维修资金的，开发建设单位或公有住房售房单位不得将<font color="blue"><font color="blue"><font color="blue"><a href="http://www.home77.com/newhouse/index.asp" target="_blank" style="text-decoration: underline;"><font color="blue">房屋</font></a></font></font></font>交付购买人。</p>
<p><br>《办法》第十二条显示，商品住宅的业主应当在办理房屋入住手续前，将首期住宅专项维修资金存入住宅专项维修资金专户。已售公有住房的业主应
当在办理房屋入住手续前，将首期住宅专项维修资金存入公有住房住宅专项维修资金专户或者交由售房单位存入公有住房住宅专项维修资金专户。公有住房售房单位
应当在收到售房款之日起30日内，将提取的住宅专项维修资金存入公有住房住宅专项维修资金专户。 <br><br><br> 据悉，新《办法》将于今年2月1日起施行。 </p>
