<P>以上價錢相差可以很大,主要是樓齡,觀景,室內裝修及是否新淨等</P>
<P>4.大陸買樓手續又如何?</P>

<P>帝豪花園買物業時大致流程如下:<BR>1. 看中喜愛物業後下訂金.<BR>2. 支付大訂,簽正式買賣合同.<BR>3. 支付尾數或辦理按揭(註).<BR>4. 發展商將合同送去公証處簽名蓋章(本人共簽了5份,除非業主特別要求複印,否則業主手上應是沒有任何合同了).<BR>5. 公証處簽名蓋章後,送回一份給業主(業主那份是複印本,沒有房管所蓋章),一份至房管所,一份在發展商,其他不知了.<BR>6. 一份至房管所時,他們進行備案,証明該物業是該業主(必須先經過公証,才可以備案,所以拿不到公証書便要留意了).<BR>7. 最後是發展商進行大廈確權,可能是一幢,亦可能是很多幢,確權沒問題後,房產証便發出來.</P>

冇啦,不過建議你隨便找幾家地產代理,叫他們將圖片,floor plan及價錢 e-mail比你,你便可以大約地心中有數,另我以上說出的買賣流程是一手向發展商買入,祗是給你參考,若是2手,請你向地產代理查詢,再合理地作比較.
